Student Teachers
1. Teachers must fill out the Network Account Request Form for internet access:
(Teacher signs as supervisor)
2, Fill out an Incident IQ request for Student teacher access and attach the Account request form.
3. After a student-teacher is granted access, they must sign in on a desktop and change their password to get e-mail access.
4. Student teachers cannot print from their Chromebooks; they can print from a desktop only.
5. For Go Guardian Access, teachers need to fill out this form:

6. Then, after the student-teacher is approved, the teacher needs to do this to add them to GoGuardian:
Neither student teachers nor TA’s get access to Edgenuity.
Student teachers will be issued a school laptop after internet access is granted.
Student teachers must sign the Laptop agreement form when the Laptop is issued.
Please have student teachers go to the On-Board Training for procedures on logging on, printers .etc.
